In a region as full of challenges as the South Caucasus, a country with no flexible security system is doomed to poverty, backwardness and, finally, loss of statehood.
Because of the current Armenophobic negotiator, our Republic is exposed to an extreme risk. In this phase of the global world order transformation when even the super states are in the active process of forming alliances with allies and partners, the Armenian authorities have pulled the country into the role of “abandoned and lonely” and are occupied exclusively with spreading news about the threat of war and harping with asinine stubbornness on “The Crossroad of Peace.”
In this situation, a Security Doctrine based on accurate calculation, interaction and the highest political responsibility would save us.
To ensure collective security and the state, religious and national interests of the parties this doctrine must be based on strategic and allied principles, and clearly, clause by clause, define the liabilities of all parties beginning with weapons and ending with the instruments.
The Republic of Armenia should make most serious efforts to form an Allied Security Council with the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Negotiations in this direction need to begin as soon as possible, which is unfortunately impossible. We are surrounded by enemies and Armenophobes both inside and outside. Implementation of the above steps and plans that are alternative to the fake peace is possible only by breaking through this blockade.
