New competences are established by initiative for representatives of state authorized body, the local self-government bodies, and staffs of governors. The First Deputy of the RA Urban Development Committee, the Acting Chairman Davit Grigoryan said, presenting the amendments to the law on Management of Multi-Apartment Building and the RA Code on Administrative Offences. The Executive also established by the package request for transfer of transferable documents to the management body of the building by the builder after constructing the multi-apartment building.
According to the rapporteur, no amendments were made in content from the first to the second reading. It was noted that the Expertise and Analytical Department of the Staff of the National Assembly, which were accepted.
Davit Grigoryan answered the deputies’ questions, which referred to the problems existing in the urban development sphere, particularly to the half-built buildings, the terms providing, to the construction permissions, etc.
The legislative initiative was debated in the second reading was debated at April 2 sitting of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection and was endorsed.
