Former RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“Fact-finding missions in Azatamut, Kayan, Berkaber, Kirants, Acharkut, Voskepar, Baghanis Ayrum and other communities of Tavush Province of Armenia, as well as in the sections of interstate road related to the mentioned communities.
The evidence once again confirms that we cannot allow any presence of Azerbaijani armed servicemen in the vicinity of our communities and on the roads. It will ruin people’s lives, grossly violate their rights and undermine security, isolate communities and seriously harm Armenia’s security, and this has nothing to do with the determination of borders (delimitation or demarcation).
