On October 15, in Geneva the RA NA President Alen Simonyan met with the Head of the Danish delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union Søren Søndergaard. The interlocutors reflect on the topic of the development of the parliamentary cooperation of the two countries and discussed a wide scope of issues regarding the Armenian-Danish relations.

The RA NA President presented to the interlocutor the recent developments of the negotiation process on the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan and presented the position of the Armenian side in reaching lasting peace.

Reference was also made to the problem of Armenian prisoners of war being held in Azerbaijan and other issues of bilateral cooperation.
