The RA NA President Alen Simonyan had a meeting with the Speaker of Lok Sabha of Parliament of India Om Birla in Geneva.

Discussing a wide scope of issues of bilateral interest, the sides underscored the deepening character of the Armenian-Indian relations and its importance for the two countries.

At the core of the discussion were the issues of taking measures aimed at the parliamentary cooperation of the two countries and the deepening and development of the existing friendly relations.

The interlocutors also touched upon the issues regarding the situation created in the region and the signing of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
