Galaxy Group of Companies held its annual review of 2024 at Tsitoghdzyan Art studio. Over 100 executives and representatives from more than 20 companies within Galaxy Group attended the event. Against the backdrop of a festive and artistic atmosphere, participants presented summary reports, reviewed the accomplishments of the current year, and outlined future plans. The official part of the event, marking its fifth anniversary, featured pivotal addresses.

“This year marks the fifth time we’ve shared our annual transparency and accountability report along with our corporate portfolio, even though it’s not required. As you know, we stand out by offering salaries above Armenia’s national average and promoting women in leadership roles – something we are committed to continuing. A key achievement this year was creating 282 new jobs through our growing projects. It’s important to recognize that our operations contributed over 18 billion AMD in taxes last year, fulfilling both our business and civic responsibilities,” said Aram Khachatryan, co-founder and CEO of Galaxy Group of Companies.
During the event, Hovhannes Harutyunyan, CEO of Cofix Armenia, presented the company’s development plans for the innovative and youth-centric Cofix brand in Armenia, including digital app downloads and the roadmap for new branches.
Ketevan Gabitashvili, CEO of Time Georgia, shared insights through the brand’s journey in Georgia, emphasizing the steady growth in brand recognition, evidenced by an 81% increase in 2024. Meanwhile, Tamar Gelashvili, CEO of Chronograph Georgia, highlighted the sale of approximately 23,000 watches over the year, showcasing the brand’s exclusivity in representing global watch brands.
Evgeniy Simonenko, CEO of TOUS, celebrated the company’s achievements, including the opening of six new branches in 2024.
Expressing his gratitude, co-founder and co-chair of Galaxy Group of Company Artyom Khachatryan, commended the Galaxy family for delivering remarkable results. “Today, we can confidently say that our greatest achievements are not merely in numbers or projects. Our real accomplishment is the people who transform the impossible into reality daily. Across all our companies, we’ve witnessed significant progress in all four strategic development directions, complemented by clear long-term planning with 3-5 year strategies.”
The 2024 annual meeting was particularly notable for the awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of the Group’s companies across three core values – Forward Thinking, Game-Changing, and Continuous Learning.
