On April 22, the Repatriation and Integration Center of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs hosted a “Tea & Talk” event dedicated to agriculture.
Speakers included Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Arman Khojoyan; Founder and Director of “Van Ardi Wines” Varuzhan Muradyan; Director of Sales at “Dili Dairy” Artur Hakobyan; CEO of “Vanand Agro” Babken Babayan; and Deputy Director of “Spayka” Karen Baghdasaryan.
Throughout the event, the speakers discussed key challenges in managing agricultural businesses and exporting agricultural products in Armenia, the role of government support, and the opportunities for repatriated farmers to benefit from state programs.
The discussion evolved into an open dialogue among industry experts, participants, and interested repatriates.
The event concluded in an informal setting, allowing for networking, a Q&A session, and an exchange of ideas.
