Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation of the Aggression and Siege on the Gaza Strip
In light of the ongoing escalation targeting innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip, the Armenian National Committee of the Middle East strongly condemns the brutal acts and grave violations being committed against the Palestinian people.
The targeting of civilians—children, women, and the elderly—as well as the destruction of homes, hospitals, and essential infrastructure, is not merely a breach of international law; it is an organized crime being carried out in full view of the entire world.
The Committee also denounces the policy of siege and starvation imposed on over two million people, depriving them of their right to a dignified life. This form of collective punishment, which blocks access to food, medicine, water, and electricity, and cuts off lifelines for the sick and children, constitutes a crime against humanity punishable under international law and cannot be justified under any pretext.

The disturbing international silence in the face of this tragedy reflects a form of indirect complicity and threatens the very principles of justice and human conscience. When massacres are committed and slow-death policies are enforced, silence in the face of injustice becomes a partnership in that injustice.
The Committee calls on the international community—with all its institutions and organizations—to take urgent and decisive action to halt the aggression, lift the siege, provide immediate protection for civilians, and hold those responsible for these crimes accountable before international courts.
The voice of the people in Gaza must be heard. The machinery of death must be stopped. The Palestinian people must regain their right to live in dignity and safety.
