On March 18, in Muscat, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Saud bin Hamoud bin Ahmed Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman.
The interlocutors discussed opportunities to develop sectoral cooperation and promote trade, both in terms of imports and exports.
Both sides presented mutual interests and those directions offering the greatest potential for expanding trade turnover.

Touching upon economic development and favorable investment conditions, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan opens new opportunities for enhancing regional connectivity.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Saud bin Hamoud bin Ahmed Al Habsi agreed to promote direct contacts between their respective sectoral authorities, as well as with business circles, to facilitate the implementation of joint initiatives and mutually beneficial cooperation in specific areas.
