At the third Public Sector Innovation Forum organised by UNDP, EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos joined a panel discussion on education, welfare, and dignity.
Ambassador Maragos highlighted that, from the EU’s perspective, advancing reforms means organising services around people’s lives — with stronger coordination, accessibility and local delivery at the core of effective, inclusive and dignified care systems — an approach that the EU actively supports in Armenia.
