The
member of the ARF parliamentary group Alvard Petrosian says on the occasion of
beating Dashnaktsakan Pavel Manukian. By the way other members of the group, including
the ARF responsible persons of the General Body of Armenia refused to return to
this question.The RNK Minister of Defense Seiran Ohanian finally spoke
about beating Pavel Manukian in his cabinet during the elucidations given to the
National TV Company of Artsakh on 1 of July and declared that the incident connected
with the offensive expressions addressed to the Minister and his friends in army.
Seiran Ohanian also said: "It isn’t spoken about personal offence addressed
to me, it isn’t comparable with the offence addressed to the Army of Defense and
my friends of the Army. There ar? values which mustn’t be profaned. Nobody has
such a right especially the man who knows well the passed way of his friends."
The RNK Minister of Defense suggested not finding political pretext, especially
addressed against ARF. There is no need to politicize what isn’t to be politicized.
The incident was only the matter of protecting the honor". The RA Minister
of Defense Serge Sargsian also made a declaration with the same affirmations mentioning
that the incident was a personal problem: "I wouldn’t like some powers to
try to politicize this, performing it as a conflict between Seiran Ohanian and
Dashnaktsutiun."To our question if all these elucidations are enough
Alvard Petrosian answered: "The argumentations of the RNK Minister of Defense
were exclusively enough. And it is the problem Pavel Manukian and Seiran Ohanian
must solve. Before being the ARF member, I’m a human being for whom the problem
is Artsakh. And if they are satisfied with putting an end, as Alvard Petrosian
I’m satisfied. Certainly I can think that the incident is a very sad story, but
we have tolerated worse things. We-our people have tolerated worse things. We
have always had the problem to think that this is a new forming country and a
lot of things must still be swallowed. We must still overcome the culture of becoming
from cannibals to killers /these are Tumanian’s words/ to become civil in our
relations, in opposing each other. Serge Sargsian called on the occasion of this
incident that "be a little careful towards the honored officers. What does
it mean to name rascal a commander like Seiran Ohanian or say to the address of
him, Samvel Karapetian, Vardan Balayan and other generals "smell like clay".
Each of those people has been wounded for 4-5 times, Seiran Ohanian has given
the part of his body for our struggle. If there are made from clay who is made
from iron then?" Does it mean that Pavel Manukian is also responsible for
the incident Alvard Petrosian answered: "I think we can forget everything
but we can’t forget the smell of gunpowder, standing side by side against the
death. And both of them mustn’t forget. And finally ours isn’t the peace ours
is a cease of fire. Why the Dashnaks of Armenia are more tolerant to the RNK
parliamentary elections and the developments that followed it than the Dashnaks
of Artsakh. Alvard Petrosian answered to this question: "The most important
problem for me is that fair and civil elections were held. Of course I’d like
to be more Dashnaks deputies in the Parliament if they are worth. But the
main problem was the elections. As regards the thing that they are more extreme
there, the reason is that the energy is more accumulated and the territory of
expiring it is smaller. Finally they live in a place where the possibility of
being nervous is much more for the reason of status. I feel that they are offended
that Azerbaijan-Armenia negotiate with each other and determine their fate without
the RNK participation. All these complexes are inside them. So we must be indulgent
towards them. Though we took part and gave victims in the Karabakh war, they got
the first strike, the bombs explodes above their children’s heads.Anna
