Assessment powers of the budgetary programmes and assessment of the budgetary programmes is reserved to the RA Government by the draft law. The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vahan Sirunyan said, presenting the draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the law on RA Budgetary System.
According to him, the definition of the productivity term is given by the draft, according to which, the productivity of the budgetary programmes shows how the implemented programmes and measures ensured the designed goals.
The Deputy Minister added that the assessment of the budgetary programmes will be carried out on behalf of the Government by the authorized body, by the order established by the Government, which will be established after the law enters into effect during three months.
“The purpose of the adoption of the draft law is to form legislative bases in the state administration system for carrying out functions of the assessment of the budgetary programmes,” Vahan Sirunyan said.

Presenting the endorsement of the Committee, the co-rapporteur, the member of the NA Standing Committee of Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Narek Grigoryan called on his colleagues to vote for the draft law.
The issue was debated at NA April 30 regular sitting.
