Replying to “Taregir” published news that Hayk Babukhanian acted against the leader of “New Times” Party in the presidential elections in 2003, Aram Karapetian told the journalists yesterday that CRU leadership member Gegham Grigorian had told him that Hayk Babukhanian sold the CRU places in electoral commissions in 2003, for what Aram Karapetian\’s votes were reduced by 10%. Aram Karapetian mentioned again that “something has happened”. It is surprising that Aram Karapetian sounds these accusations three years later.
