Garnik Isagulian, the RA President\’s advisor on national security issues declared in the press conference yesterday that his preferable presidential candidate was Serge Sargsian. “In all spheres, where he carries out activities he succeeds in them and the results are obvious and visible”. Garnik Isagulian has also declared that he will participate in the coming elections and will make great efforts to assist his preferable candidate Serge Sargsian.
