Yesterday the NA didn\’t want to work overtime and to discuss and adopt the draft “About RA anthem” by the second sitting. So according to the Constitution Armenia doesn\’t have national anthem from today. While yesterday the ARF group put into circulation the appendix of the draft “About the RA national anthem” law, where the group score of Mer Hayrenik\’ is also included.
Its author is ARF group member Spartak Seyranian, who has a musical education and may
also write notes.
