Revision Court satisfied Karen and Sedrak Vardanian’s, Hrant Khachatrian’s, Garnik Hovhannisian’s complaint lodged against Constitutional Right Union demanding not to recognize the elections of the party leadership. The court recognized invalid decisions made in CRU 17 session in September 2006. Hrant Khachatrian is still CRU leader. Hovhannes Galajian, the member of CRU leadership declared: “Nobody should expect that satisfaction of some persons’ suit rented by the authority by the corrupted court
system may prevent our struggle”.
