Yesterday the Court of first instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash communities headed by Vazgen Lalayan examined “Heritage” Party’s suit against General Prosecutor’s Office. Head of the Party Raffy Hovhannisian was present in the sitting of the court. We should remind that unknown persons intruded into the party’s office, and copied database from the office computer. The Party demanded to bring a criminal case but the prosecutor’s office refused it. Yesterday the party repeated the action of the Prosecutor’s office refusing the party’s suit.
