When the words differ from the deeds

  Yesterday, in the afternoon the heavy rain and hail proved once again that however much the authorities state that works have been done on putting up gutters, the fact is that their words differ from the deeds. Halabyan, Leningradyan, Shinarars’ (constructors), Rubinyants streets and Azatutyun and Heratsi avenues became barely passable.
