In October 19 issue, we informed you that the vicinity of the Noyemberyan School of Music had become a comfortable pasture for cows. Mayor Vanush Amiraghyan admitted the critique, saying that he had shamed the cow owner many times before that. After that “Aravot’s” camera witnessed that cows watched by a dog were once again pasturing in downtown, in the Armenia-Greece Friendship Park.
