“Turkey can have an impact on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, if she isn’t an interested side. Unfortunately, the statements of the Turkish officials testify to the fact that they perceive the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict a Turkish problem”, said Vahram Atanesyan, the head of the standing commission on external relations of the parliament of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic during a conversation with “Aravot”, adding that in that case Turkey and Azerbaijan should clarify their policies, in order that it was possible to understand with whom the Armenian sides should negotiate, “We cannot negotiate with two countries on the same issue.” According to him, Turkey tries to repack the issue of Armenia, the Armenian factor with the treaties of Moscow and Kars that doesn’t, however, correspond to the current realities.
