Aravot.am asked the Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan whether there is any news about the subversive acts in Tavush marz and whether it was committed by one person or by a group. Movses Hakobyan, the Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces, responded to our question. As he mentioned, he personally was present at the scene, “All of you must understand that the information that is at the disposal of the General Staff is not accessible to the public.
