A short while ago, according to judge Mesrop Makyan’s decision, Areg Kyureghyan, one of the defendants on the “Sasna Tsrer” case, was released. Signature on non-leave was chosen as a preventive measure against him.
Let us remind that “Yelq” faction MPs had submitted a recommendation for Kyureghyan.
Kyureghyan, as well as the majority of defendants on the “Sasna Tsrer” case are accused of illegal possession of weapons, seizure of buildings and taking hostages. Two members of the group are also accused of murdering police officers.
