The head of the office of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia, Viktor Soghomonyan confirmed that Robert Kocharyan had received a notification on the interrogation as a witness on March 1 incidents by the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.
He published the response letter to the NSS by the office. The letter particularly read that the notification was sent to Kocharyan’s residency on July 6, 2018, and the interrogation was appointed on the same day of its reception, at 15:30. V. Soghomonyan has mentioned in the response letter that Robert Kocharyan will be back to Armenia not sooner than July 25, 2018.
After his return, president Kocharyan will be ready to be interrogated by the inspector of the NSS in person.
