It is not surprising that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is trying to convince his public that he has had his role too in Serzh Sargsyan’s removal. Of course, many will call this a pathology and perhaps they will not be mistaken, but apparently we deal with not only a pathology. Though it is also enough to become more alert, because one should expect anything from a pathological person. On the other hand, Aliyev is certainly not insane, otherwise he would be in a trouble a long time ago, since Azerbaijan is in a very important territory, accordingly, it is important at least as much not to be allowed to have a president who is in a network of pathologies.
Just Aliyev is in a diplomatic network where he has got more tangled because of the velvet revolution in Armenia and the ongoing process. All this of course is still in the initial stage and more time is needed to make a conclusion about the final result, but it is clear that the process is stable, with sufficient efficiency and consistency, which gradually raises the efficiency of Armenia’s governance, at the same time raising the international reputation.
In recent years, in fact, Aliyev’s or Aliyevs’ “ally” has been the ineffective governance in Armenia, the robbery, as a result of which there has been a total desire to leave Armenia because of injustice, poverty. All this has been Azerbaijan’s “ally” in Armenia for almost two decades with different manifestations and metamorphoses, which, however, received a huge blow by the velvet revolution
