Political technologist Karen Kocharyan is sure that the “Tsarukyan” bloc will receive quite a lot of votes in the upcoming parliamentary elections because it has a great potential. “When Naira Zohrabyan says that only the political team will take part in the elections, it means that parallelly there were also business and criminal aspects, as in case of the Republican Party: vote buying, human resources… they both had these”, said Karen Kocharyan at a press conference.
He reminded that as Chief of Police Valeri Osipyan and National Security Service Director Arthur Vanetsyan assure, there will be no vote buying any more. “Even if there is no vote buying, the “Tsarukyan” bloc has serious human resources. Many employees have much dependence on them and certain factors”, the expert noted.
