The announcement of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, implying that Armenia is ready to establish relations with Turkey without any preconditions, has been widely covered by Turkish media and discussed in social networks.
Turkish famous politician, former Mayor of Shishli district of Istanbul, Mustafa Sarigul has estimated the announcement of Armenian PM as “a historical opportunity”.
Sarigul has published on his Twitter: “The Prime Minister of Armenia, Pashinyan has informed that they are ready to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey without preconditions. Armenia’s offer should be viewed as a historical opportunity from diplomatic perspective. Eventually, our hand is brother Azerbaijan’s hand.”
