On March 31, at 18:56 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that a tractor had turned onto its side in Choratan village of Tavush province: there was a casualty.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that a caterpillar tractor (driver Artur P. born in 1982) ran off the roadway of the field and turned onto its side near the field called “Nerkin shen”. As a result of the accident Artur P. died on the spot.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene driver’s corpse had been moved out by local forces.
The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
