Disinfection activities continue to be implemented in the framework of the fight against the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Republic.
From March 28 to April 2 sanitation and hygiene preventive measures were implemented by the Rescue Service Departments in 1899 public places of 30 towns of nine provinces and Yerevan: the activities were implemented in public transport stops, in the entrances and on the stairs of residential buildings, in elevators and ATMs, as well as in gas station lounges.
Disinfection activities were implemented by Noyemberyan Fire and Rescue Squad of Tavush Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Bagratashen customs checkpoint and in the administrative area of Ptghavan in Ayrum community. Accumulated 200 trucks and the gathering places for the drivers in the territory were disinfected.
The disinfection activities are also being implemented in the Subdivisions of the Regional Recue Departments with regard to epidemic situation.
