My suggested solution

Nikol Pashinyan is not a traitor. He is not part of a conspiracy agenda as some of his opponents are trying to claim. He truly wanted everything to be fine, as he does now. However, the current prime minister, in my opinion, does not have the necessary traits to be a statesman or the leader of this country. And his character traits, including his irritable and fiery personality, as well as the complete absence of self-criticism, prevent him from learning or obtaining the necessary traits. Being a high-ranking official requires possessing the ability to make rational calculations instead of making daily “scrutinizing” speeches and live videos that insult members of the opposition with the expectation of getting likes. In particular, prior to taking the route of war, he needed to calculate his resources, and if those resources were not sufficient for a victory, then he needed to agree to a version of the settlement that was also not honorable, of course, but that did not involve at least 1,400 casualties and the dangerous and massive loss of territory. But we will still have a lot of time to discuss what he needed to do over the past 2.5 years and what he didn’t need to do. The time for retrospective thinking will still come.
