We welcome the symbolic rejection by the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA and France to Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Earle Litzenberger and H.E. Mr. Zacharie Gross the official invitation of Baku to visit Shushi. We appreciate that important step as an impulse to all those countries that managed to falsely proclaim the end of the OSCE Minsk Group, and its internationally recognized mandate.
This behavior of His Excellencies, Ambassadors Earle Litzenberger and Zacharie Gross, is completely consistent and harmonious with the rejection of the settlement of the Karabakh problem by the use of force and the threat of force arising from the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Group mission, for which we bring our appreciation and support.
