“Urgent measures decided by the court should be applied to ensure the free movement of people to improve the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh in the conditions of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor,” said a member of the French delegation to the PACE and the Spokesperson for the ALDE group Mireille Clapot during the plenary session of the summer session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
He also mentioned that the first object of his concern is Ukraine and the people of Ukraine because Russia’s aggression is still ongoing, and it has been a year and a half already. The second important issue for him is the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. “I hope the discussion in the assembly’s urgent procedure will ensure progress on this issue.”
