Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the newly elected President of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanian.
The congratulatory message reads:
“Dear Mr. Shahramanian,
I congratulate you on your election as President of the Republic of Artsakh.
Mr. President, I am confident that you, together with your team, our sisters and brothers in Artsakh with the assistance of the majority of the Armenian nation will save Artsakh from destruction.
I have no doubt that it is possible to achieve.
You have my personal support as well as support of my followers and likeminded people.”
