A meeting was held in the Government, chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which the progress of the World Trade Center construction project in Yerevan was discussed.
A contract for the implementation of the urban development project for the construction of the World Trade Center has already been signed with the Renshin company through public-private partnership. Under the contract signed with Colliers, the latter will undertake the full organization and management of the construction process of the World Trade Center.
Those in-charge reaffirmed that the goal of the project is to create an international high-class business center in the center of Yerevan, which will include modern office space, startup business centers, shopping centers, a hotel, conference halls and exhibition halls. It was noted that the implementation of the project will be an additional stimulus for economic development.
A discussion was held on various components of the program’s implementation, and the participants of the meeting presented their observations and suggestions.
