“I have been involved in the investigation of the case since the first day – I am familiar with all circumstances. There are no unclear circumstances in the case. I regularly examine all circumstances, all the proofs again with a fresh look, I organize new discussions with the members of the investigation group, different ideas are voiced and providing that we decide our actions. No circumstance has been neglected”, said Vaghinak Janazyan, the head of the investigation group on March 1-2 cases, in response to the question “the expectations of the public in terms of 10 killings are freshened, providing we have a new head of the investigation group, are there circumstances not paid attention to or neglected that can shed light?”
As for the expectation, Janazyan added, “What can I say, you should know that the investigation group will work as intensively, as it was working. Every investigator dreams that he has no unrevealed case under his conduct.”
In response to the clarifying question of Aravot.am “if everything has been done in the best possible way and no progress has been made in the issues concerning the public, i.e. 10 deaths, what are you going to do now?” our interlocutor got irritated, “Nothing has been done? So many cases have been uncovered, we have sued many people, circumstances have been revealed. Those are the results of the work done, are those not? How could we reach a result without work?”
