On 21 September in connection with the 25rd anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia accompanied by high-ranking officials of the two Armenian states visited the Yerablour Pantheon and laid flowers and wreaths to the monuments of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan, zoravar Andranik and martyrs perished in the Artsakh liberation struggle.
On the same day leaders of the two Armenian states were present at a military parade devoted to the Independence Day held at the Republican square of Yerevan.
