State Minister of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Arayik Harutyunyan has announced his decision to step down. Panorama reports.
In his resignation submitted to the Artsakh president, Harutyunyan asks Bako Sahakyan to relieve him of his duties under the requirements of Point 4 of Article 93 of the country’s Constitution, the state minister’s press service told Panorama.am.
He is expected to unveil the reasons behind his decision at a news conference to be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
