On 17-19 December, two high-level civil servants from Armenia will visit Sweden to learn about the existing models to support people with mental, cognitive or emotional disabilities.
The visit will build on the results of the relevant expert mission previously held in Armenia, giving participants the opportunity to meet and discuss with all stakeholders involved in supported decision mechanisms, including judges, lawyers, social workers, as well as people with mental, cognitive or emotional disabilities.
The visit is being organised by the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX), in cooperation with the National Board of Health and Welfare of Sweden.
