Political analyst and head of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs Stepan Safaryan believes that Armenia needs to pay attention to political events taking place in Azerbaijan. He said that prior to the April War of 2016, similar social riots took place in Azerbaijan in 2015. Therefore, according to Safaryan, it is important for us to follow what is taking place in Azerbaijan, since one of the ways to distract people from internal problems is to take on the characteristics of an enemy, as well as possible war operations.
Stepan Safaryan believes that Armenia has still not analyzed the April War properly.
