On July 8, at the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Criminal Procedure Code was debated.
The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan voiced the recommendations presented after the first reading and gave details on the draft law.
In his co-report Nikolay Baghdasaryan proposed his colleagues to endorse the draft law and touched upon some provisions.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Rafik Grigoryan presented for debate in the second reading the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Administrative Procedure Code and on Bases of Red-Tape and Administrative Procedure authored by the RA Government and the NA deputy Edvard Andreasyan.

In his co-report the Committee member Suren Grigoryan highlighted the fact that a legislative package regulating the problems of the sphere was brought for debate.
In their interpellations and speeches the MPs referred to the cases being under suspension, the bases of satisfying a motion and suspension, the permission for construction in case of areas of cultural value, the legal procedure terms, the cases of speculation of right, etc. The Deputy Minister gave clarifications on the abovementioned items.
The Committee also endorsed the two debated items.
