We were unable to get into contact with the governor of the Tavush Province, Hayk Chobanyan, in order to find out more information.

We tried to reach out to the mayor of Ijevan, Hayk Ghalumyan, but he said that he does not have any information about this.

We will attempt to receive more information about the Russian peacekeepers shopping in Ijevan, and we will provide more information as we do.
