On March 14, the RA NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan received the delegation led by the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar.
Issues related to Armenia-Europe cooperation, as well as ensuring regional stability were discussed.
They referred to the attempts of the Azerbaijani side to carry out provocations against the civilian population in Artsakh and to put pressure on them, as well as to the facts to create artificial problems in the restoration of vital infrastructure.
