Artsakh ombudsman wrote on his Facebook page:
The state propaganda machine of Azerbaijan constantly tries to mislead the international community and deny the blockade and the humanitarian crisis. However, the scarce locally produced foodstuffs in Artsakh can not ensure the balanced diet of Artsakh people and their adequate standard of living, who are currently facing malnutrition and hunger.
