It is designed to specify the tax obligation termination cases by the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code. In particular, it is envisaged to remove the contradictions existing in the Code, complying them with the requirements of the law on Bankruptcy.
The Deputy Head of the RA State Revenue Committee Karen Tamazyan said about this at September 5 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, presenting for debate in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code.
The Committee endorsed the draft.
The debate of the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Organization and Holding Checkups in the Republic of Armenia authored by the deputies of the NA Civil Contract Faction Hovik Aghazaryan and Narek Ghahramanyan was postponed up to two months by the authors’ proposal.
