EPF’s Human Rights Program Director, Isabella Sargsyan, met with the Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Michael O’Flaherty, together with other civil society representatives. She stressed the need for comprehensive anti-discrimination legislation and the empowerment of national minorities, particularly women, and emphasised the importance of respecting the rule of law and international law, including ECtHR decisions.
