Closing speech by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Government Programme Implementation for 2025
On April 17, the National Assembly debated the report on the implementation process and results of the Government Programme (2021-2026) of the Republic of Armenia for 2025.
In his closing speech, the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched on the accusations made by the opposition against the authorities during the debate of the document over the past three days and presented numerous counterarguments.
“We are a very effective government because we have brought our country out of the trap, the very trap we entered through the Karabakh movement, and in which the three warring parties and their satellites dragged us and kept us in a deadlock all the time, and they explained absolutely everything with that. We brought our country out of a deadlock. This requires courage, and we have shown that courage,” the Prime Minister of the country noted and spoke about a number of accusations made by the opposition in detail, including some secret agreements. “I have never had and do not have any agreement beyond those that have been publicly announced and set out in writing. Yes, that is the essence and subtlety. All agreements have been reached and those agreements have been published. Come, let’s talk about the content of the agreements. They have nothing to say,” Nikol Pashinyan stated.
