On August 20, the Vice President of the RA National Assembly Hayk Konjoryan met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia Alexandra Cole.
Welcoming the Ambassador to the Parliament, Hayk Konjoryan highlighted the development of parliamentary cooperation with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the exchange of experience and professional assistance in a number of areas. The NA Vice President informed that Friendship Groups would be formed in the National Assembly in the near future, including the Armenia-Great Britain Friendship Group.
At the request of the guest, Hayk Konjoryan spoke about the priorities of the Civil Contract Faction in the legislative work of the newly elected Parliament, and touched upon the relations between the ruling majority and the opposition.
