The petitions of the ANC to find out the results of the National Assembly election void are petitions, which don’t have sufficient grounds. Tigran Mukuchyan, the chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, explained the decision of the Constitutional Court to reject the petitions in this manner. “It is even strange to some extent that when the respective petitions regarding different electoral districts are filed in the Constitutional Court and when those petitions are examined, it turns out that those petitions are basically copied from one another and there was even a part, in which there was a mistake and it was not even corrected.”
