Talking about the Yerevan City Council election during a conversation with www.aravot.am, Tigran Urikhanyan, the spokesman for the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), stated: “The officials should have made efforts, which they didn’t. Again, we had grounds to talk about the ink, pens of different colors. Again, we struggled against those who impeded filming, furthermore, impeded those who had a right to film and were representatives of the mass media. Again, we had grounds to talk about violence. Now we gradually enter the phase of vote counting and let’s see what will happen there. Therefore, we will give a general assessment after the counting.”
