Today, in a press conference, ANC MP, former Prime Minister Hrant Badratyan addressing the lawsuit against him stated that he had found out who are standing behind the investigation: the RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the former Prime Minister Vazgen Manukyan and Deputy Minister of Justice Aram Orbelyan.
At the request of Aravot.am, referring to this statement of Hrant Bagratyan, the press secretary of the Minister of Justice Karine Kalantaryan clarified,- “The interests of the plaintiff in the court are presented by “Concern Dialogue” law firm, in which the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Aram Orbelyan is also a shareholder, which is stated in the declaration of the Deputy Minister. Aram Orbelyan, however, on receiving the office of the Deputy Minister, is not involved in the management issues of law firm, and his advocacy activities are also suspended.”
