The Constitutional Court of Armenia (CC) arrived at a decision to suspend Article 76 of the RA Law on “Funded Pensions” on “Liability for Failing or Delaying with the Mandatory Funded Contributions” and Article 86.3 on selection of the pension. In the conversation with “Aravot.am”, Ruben Hakobyan, member of “Heritage” Party, welcoming the decision of the Constitutional Court, said that the decision was unprecedented in the history of the Constitutional Court. “However, I think that the decision is yet to come, which will be discussed in full in March. Let’s hope that this decision will be the logic of today’s decision.” Recall that the 4 non-ruling forces of the National Assembly, a group of representatives of “Against mandatory funded pension system” civil initiative and thousands of RA citizens are against the mandatory sector of the Funded pension reforms.
